Felix and his crew are great. We used them to demo our 50' limestone walkway. The walkway was much thicker then we originally thought (close to 1 ft deep) but Felix honored his original quote, which was very fair. So many contractors will up the price with any problems but Felix didn't. Thanks for being honest and keep up the good work! Would I use them again? Definitely?!
Felix brought his machines out to my property to dig 32 fence post holes in solid rock. I wound up having him demo a concrete slab, pull out stumps along the fence line and do some grading while he was there. I was very impressed with his work, the price was fair and Felix also shared his knowledge with me and made the project much easier overall. I will absolutely be using his services again in the future and would recommend JFR Construction Services to anyone in need of excavation/ heavy machinery services.
Felix at JFR Construction did a fantastic job clearing and building up rock material for driveway access to my property in Bastrop. He started and finished everything ahead of schedule and within the originally planned budget. He took great care to avoid disturbing the existing foliage as much as possible - I see this as an indicator of his desire to go above and beyond expectations.

I hired Felix to dig a number of post holes for me. Where I live there is a lot of rock. This was no problem for him and his Bob Cat. He and his crew dug all of the holes and went above and beyond on the depth and how quickly he was able to finish the job. Very professional interaction and a nice guy too. The price was fair. I highly recommend JFR Construction!
We hired Felix to clear brush from our property, excavate a creek bed that had become blocked, and level our backyard to prevent flooding. I was thrilled with his work. He is the 4th contractor I've hired to clear my property, and he's the only one I'd hire again. He was quick to respond and come out to give me a bid. He listened to me and took his time to respond; I felt like he was carefully studying the land and trying to find the absolute best solution for our property and issues. His work was meticulous and exactly what he said it would be.
We hired Felix to help grade our back yard after we built a pool. We found him very easy to work with, did a great job grading and his prices were very reasonable. I would recommend working with Felix again!
Felix and his crew removed a pond feature from our backyard, and filled and leveled the hole. They removed all of the debris as well as the pond equipment that we no longer needed. They did excellent work and were friendly and professional. The job was actually harder than originally estimated because there was metal wiring to support a concrete bowl that we didn't know about (previous owners built the pond). But they were able to handle that and still finish on time. I highly recommend JFR construction!

Felix and his team were amazing! We needed a really long and deep trench dug. They did a great job from the quote to the work. Definitely keeping this number handy!
Amazing is all I can say. It’s hard to find contractors in austin that are responsive and fair- These guys are both. They do a great job and they have all the right machinery to get the job done right and quickly. If you have any excavation, grading or landscaping work you have to contact them. Felix and co took a sad, underutilized space and turned it into a beautiful patio. They were courteous and professional and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my gorgeous addition.
I was very impressed with the way Felix manage his business, always giving ideas on what can and can’t be done, and also very surprised that he worked around small inconveniences to solve them and not been excuses to charge more, as is becoming usual from most contractors nowadays this, for me demonstrates he knows his business, he did a great job completing our project.

Felix was great! He worked on our property to remove trees and grade some paths -- creating access to areas that were previously inaccessible because of the slope. He and his guys were efficient, hard workers. He worked with us to help determine what we needed and we are very happy with the end result. I will hire him again if we have another project.
